Jenny Johansen has just finished the first ever Sikumi Cookbook
"Savoring Sikumi" and Captain Kurt Blades has a new baby boy.
Looks like, it is going to be a white Christmas up here in Alaska. Santa
has brought us over 100 inches of fresh snow in the last week or so.
The local ski resort is experiencing the best snow conditions in the
world right now.

"Savoring Sikumi" Cookbook by Chef Jenny Johansen

Jenny has just completed the first ever Sikumi cookbook in time for
Christmas. Jenny was inspired to make the book because of countless
guest requests for her recipes.
The book is ring-bound, full color, almost 150 pages long and full of recipes and pictures from the 2008 Alaska Cruise Season.
