Spring
is an exciting time in Alaska and the Sikumi is no exception. We've
been busy taking reservations for the 2010 cruise season, finalizing
crew assignments, and preparing the boat for the summer. We hope you'll
join us for what is shaping up to be our best season yet!

2010 Availability
As
the start of Sikumi's cruise season draws near our availability is
rapidly dwindling. There are still 2 whole boat charters available for
early season cruising and select staterooms in June, July and August.
Whether you're looking for a family vacation to remember or a fantastic
romantic getaway, we have something for everyone. Don't let 2010 pass
you by!

Summer's secret
One of
Alaska's best kept secrets is the early part of summer. Largely because
schools will still be in session, most of the out-of-state visitors to
Alaska won't begin arriving until mid to late June, leaving even the
most popular destinations far less crowded during this early summer
season. The weather is also fantastic during this time of year. The
rainy season gives way to the summer sunshine, and the lush greens
across the state become much more vibrant throughout May and early June.
This combination of less crowds, more sunshine and an emergence of
wildlife make the early summer season one of the best for a visit to
Alaska.
